Come out with controlled aggression. There is not enough workout to pace the first round too much. This is a difficult, but fast piece.
EXTRA
30-50 minutes on the rower or running at a comfortable pace. Put on headphones with relaxing music and become lost in thought. Keep to yourself for the duration.
